SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 16       THIS IS THE RECOMMENDED ARRIVAL DAY. 
WE'LL GATHER IN THE EVENING FOR GENERAL SOCIALIZING AND CATCHING UP WITH OLD FRIENDS AND MAKING NEW ONES. 
MADRAS OFFERS SEVERAL EXCELLENT CHOICES FOR DINING OUT, OR JUST RELAX AROUND THE HOST INN, OGLING THE HEALEYS ACCUMULATING IN THE PARKING LOT, OR HANG OUT IN THE EVENT HOSPITALITY ROOM ...  YOU GET THE IDEA.

MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 17   THIS IS THE "OFFICIAL" FIRST DAY OF THE EVENT.
THERE'S A TOUR PLANNED FOR THOSE WHO ARRIVE EARLY ENOUGH, AND THE OFFICIAL KICK-OFF ACTIVITY OF THE EVENT WILL BE THE EVENING'S WELCOME RECEPTION WITH QUALITY EDIBLES, QUALITY BEVERAGES, AND QUALITY COMPANY. 
PLEASE PLAN TO ARRIVE BEFORE 6 P.M. SO YOU DON'T MISS A THING!

TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 18    THE" CAR SHOW OF THE EVENT WILL BE HELD AT THE ERICKSON AIRCRAFT COLLECTION BEGINNING IN THE MORNING THROUGH MIDDAY AND IT'S JUST 5 MINUTES FROM THE INN.  WE'LL PARK OUR HEALEYS ON THE AIRCRAFT PARKING RAMP NEXT TO SOME FABULOUS VINTAGE AIRCRAFT AND VISIT THE COLLECTION WHILE ALSO ADMIRING THE CARS.  WE'LL SERVE A WONDERFUL CATERED LUNCH RIGHT THERE, AND IN THE AFTERNOON, WE'LL OFFER A TECH SESSION OR TWO AND SELF-GUIDED TOURS.  DINNER IS ON YOUR OWN.

WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 19      SELF-GUIDED TOURS, AN OBSERVATION RALLY, AND AN EXPERTS' PANEL Q & A ARE ALL ON OFFER.  OF COURSE, HOSPITALITY IS OPEN 24/7.
DINNER IS ON YOUR OWN FOLLOWED BY THE EVER-POPULAR AUCTION.

THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 20      LAST DAY OF THE EVENT.  INCLUDES SELF-GUIDED TOURS,
AN ORGANIZED TOUR, AND THE AWARDS DINNER.

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 21    THIS IS THE DEPARTURE DAY WITH NO SCHEDULED ACTIVITIES. 
SLEEP IN, ENJOY BREAKFAST, SAY YOUR FAREWELLS TO FRIENDS NEW AND OLD, AND DRIVE HOME SAFELY, OR CONTINUE TO ENJOY REGIONAL ATTRACTIONS! AND DON'T BE TOO SAD BECAUSE WE'LL DO IT ALL AGAIN NEXT YEAR.

NOTE THAT INTEREST IN THE EVENT HAS BEEN SO HIGH THAT ALL 72 ROOMS AT THE HOST INN HAVE ALREADY BEEN RESERVED. 
THERE FORE WE RECOMMEND GETTING ON THE WAITING LIST AT THE HOST INN AND MAKING A RESERVATION AT EITHER OF TWO NEARBY LODGING OPTIONS.

THE HOST INN IS THE INN AT CROSS KEYS STATION IN MADRAS, OREGON.   MENTION THE "HEALEY RENDEZVOUS" FOR OUR RATE OF $117.99/NIGHT.
AGAIN, THEY SOLD OUT AT THE END OF NOVEMBER  SO YOU WILL BE GETTING ON THE WAITING LIST.
HOWEVER, THE EVENT IS STILL A LONG TIME IN THE FUTURE AND THERE WILL UNDOUBTEDLY BE SOME CANCELATIONS,
SO IF YOU GET ON THE WAITING LIST EARLY, YOU HAVE A GOOD CHANCE OF GETTING A ROOM THERE.

ONE OPTION FOR NEARBY LOGING IS THE QUALITY INN IN MADRAS,JUST ABOUT 3/4 MILE SOUTH OF THE PRIMARY LODGING. THEY HAVE 46 ROOMS OF VARIOUS TYPES AT VARIOUS RATES,AND IF YOU DON'T HAVE A ROOM AT THE INN, WE RECOMMEND MAKING A CONFIRMED RESERVATION HERE. 

ANOTHER OPTION IS THE ECONO LODGE INN & SUITES IN MADRAS,JUST ABOUT 1/4 MILE NORTH OF THE PRIMARY LODGING.

For this Healey Rendezvous there are no corkage fees, and you can BYOB to any
and all events at the host inn.

AND WILL BE BASED IN MADRAS, OREGON - ABOUT 120 ROAD MILES SOUTHEAST OF PORTLAND.

THIS 43RD ANNUAL HEALEY RENDEZVOUS - THE EVENT ORIGINALLY NAMED "HEALEYS WEST" AND THEN "WEST COAST MEET" FROM 1975 TO 1999 - IS HOSTED BY THE AUSTIN-HEALEY CLUB OF OREGON AND IS DESIGNED WITH TWO MAIN GOALS:

TO PROVIDE GREAT OPPORTUNITIES TO DRIVE YOUR HEALEY ON GREAT ROADS, AND PROVIDE GREAT OPPORTUNITIES TO SPEND TIME WITH GREAT FRIENDS,  GREAT FOOD AND GREAT BEVERAGES ARE ALSO IMPORTANT FACTORS!
