“I purchased this 1967 BJ8 from an owner in Richmond VA after a 12 month search that included 2 disappointing trips, and had it shipped back to B.C. The previous owner had recently redone the engine and the paintwork was good; I was kindly supported by a member from their local AH club who checked it before I jumped on a plane. It has been functionally restored, and came with a heritage certificate and oil leaks !
I have been waiting 45 years to own a “Big One” after owning several TR3’s and earning my beer money tuning SU’s when I was an engineering student in South Africa. They were always so desirable and just beyond my reach ... “
